That I Might Know Him

John Kempf

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Matthew 7:22-23

When I awoke today, there was a powerful burden on my heart. While this may sound selfish to some of you, the truth is the burden was for myself! I found myself crying out to the Lord that I did not want to be so busy "doing things for God" that in the process I failed to even ensure that above all things my relationship with Him was intact. As I thought upon that, all I felt led to do was to worship the Lord.

I share the above because I realize that there are far too many people in the church today that mistakenly equate doing things for God and doing those things in the name of Jesus, with knowing Him! As Matthew 7:22-23 points out that is a real danger. I for one do not want to be among that number!

The point is that just because one uses the name of Jesus in the course of prophesying, casting out devils, and doing many other wonderful works does not in and of itself ensure that we are possessors of a redemptive relationship with God through Christ.

After all, keep in mind that false prophets do not go around prophesying in the name of Satan! And many that work signs and wonders do seem to be "anointed" by God (Acts 8:9-11). And did not Jesus Himself warn us that, "...There shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders..." (Matthew 24:24,).

Additionally, the Apostle Paul wrote about false apostles, deceitful workers that transformed themselves into the apostles of Christ. All they did was mimic their spiritual father Satan, who himself is transformed into an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:13-14, Cf. John 8:44).

And scripture plainly states that an incarnation of evil is coming that will represent the kingdom of darkness, "Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders" (2 Thessalonians 2:9, Italic emphasis mine). The scripture says, "he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do" (Revelation 13:13-14).

In other words, in and of themselves, powerful and seemingly God-glorifying miracles and wonderful works are not always what they may appear to be! Therefore, nowhere in scripture are such wonderful workings said to be conclusive indicators of one's salvation!

The bottom line is that today, I was pressed in my spirit to cry out to the Lord in acknowledgement that my heart can at times be deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked (Jeremiah 17:9). Perhaps that is why King David cried out, "Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting" (Psalm 139:23-24).

Subsequently, at the end of a time of prayerful soul-searching, following the admonition of the Apostle Paul to, "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves" (2 Corinthians 13:5), I was greatly comforted by a word from the Spirit of God.

The Holy Ghost graciously spoke to my heart this truth. He simply said to never forget that it is not what I do for God that testifies of my redemptive relationship with Him, but rather it is acceptance of what He did for me on Calvary that testifies of His salvation in my life.

Therefore, the Spirit of God reminded me, it is not awesome, powerful, crowd-pleasing, goose bump inducing good works that makes one a child of God, but rather those "...led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God" (Romans 8:14). And for such individuals, it is "the Spirit [Himself] beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God" (Romans 8:16).

Finally, as I praised and worshiped God over His goodness toward me, the Holy Ghost left me one last scripture to mediate upon. It is a famous text. Here it is:

Martha received him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word. But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. Luke 10:38-41

Martha invited Jesus into her house, symbolizing her life, and she instantly became preoccupied with "doing stuff for Him." As we know, in contrast, Marry worshipped at Christ's feet. We also know that Jesus said Mary had her priorities right. That wording is important.

After all, Jesus did not tell Martha that service unto Him was useless but rather that worship of Him is always the more "needful" and therefore rightful priority in one's life. Besides, the text says that Martha and Mary were sisters, they were related. In other words, the Spirit of God was telling me that worship and service are related, they are as inseparably united to one another as blood relatives will always be. However, when worship of Christ comes first, service unto Him will then find its rightful time, place, and manner, and it will not cause the type of stress that Martha experienced!

In conclusion, I thought is was awesome how the Lord used what I was feeling and experiencing in my heart this morning to teach me a valuable lesson and remind me of others. While service to God is biblically mandated, service to God, even done in the name of Jesus, does not in and of itself equate to salvation (Matthew 7:22-23).

Perhaps it would be wise for us to be more cautious in our exhortations and zeal to rally people into service for God without first ensuring they possess a genuine redemptive relationship with Him!

Pastor John Kempf

Power over the Nations - Casting down Imaginations

Timothy Early

According to 2 Corinthians 10:5 the authority of the believer {saints} is to cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the intimate knowledge {or intimate knowing} of God, bringing into captivity every thought into the obedience of Christ. However, there are other important considerations of this samepassage.

On a play of words, I would like to bring to mind the term "Imagination" and review it like this, that "Imagination carries two distinctly important terms. One is "Image," and the other is "Nation." Together, it could be paraphrased as "A Nation of Images."

Now, when it comes to the discussion of nations, we tend to think largely on the ethnic side of the matter when in truth, each nation of the earth projects its own self image or imagination of its own kind. Whether it is the ethnic clusters of one culture or another, each nation has to some degree a deep rooted sense of its own identity as a cultural people. However, as being born from above, we re-relate to a new identity as a many member body, a corporate expression as kingdom of priests unto God while acknowledging our own ethnic diversity in a wholesome and loving way. We don't stop being ethnic because we become new creations in the Messiah, but through our uniqueness and diversity we can become a vital expression of grace and glory without resorting to any negative disposition over whether or not one culture is more favored than another. For in Christ are all the nations of the earth blessed, re-birthed into the staggering realization that all things were created by Him and for Him, and by Him all things consist. Meaning, we recognize that every ethnic culture of the earth has a relevantly distinctive and important purpose, and that the Lord Jesus Christ will radiate in marvelous splendor over the nations of the earth. For we have not heard or seen the full scope of redemption and reconciliation in every nation as the scriptures confirm that all nations shall serve and obey him, all nations shall behold him, and that the nations of the earth shall flow unto mount Zion. Yes, all meaning all, including Mongolia, Turkey, Belize, Finland, Somalia, Suriname, New Zealand, Mali, Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Yemen, Seychelles, Native America, and the whole world.

But when it comes to global apostolic reformation, or the reshaping of the church into the configuration of apostolic kingdom mentalities and apostolic technologies, there are oppressive positions and conditions that abound in many sectors of the body of Christ, packaged in Christian lingo which seems to give little hope of the wide range of ethnic diversity coming into apostolic breakthrough mentality. Sure, there is a season for the full unveiling of the glory of the Lord over the whole earth, but it is not for us to assume that our clan, tribe, or kindred alone will be the only ones to pioneer this new corporate dynamic in the earth. Psalms 24:1

According to Revelation 2:26-27, the overcomer is given power over the nations. This principle reveals the corporate dealings of the Lord over all nations, breaking into small pieces the desire of the nations to become exclusive and aloof unto themselves. For that is the nature of Babel, to remain an entity unto itself, instead of getting the bigger picture of global destiny. And, according to Psalms 2, the Lord promises us the nations as an inheritance, so, we must see that the nations is God's agenda for planet earth, not alone one or two.

If we are not discerning, this oppressive position can easily affect our relationship with others in the corporate body of Christ. And I must say, it has!

When the old patterns of racism and prejudice remain unbroken, it potentially forms an interweaving thread into other areas of our lives then just the racial. For fear is not fear alone of the vast skies {fear of heights and air travel} or the expanding waves of the seas {fear of sea travel, boats, drowning}, but fear can create a pattern where it readily affects every facet of one's life, beyond the initial fear of some past incident. Meaning, the patterns of fear, hate, strife, or confusion does not stop at one instance, nor is it confined to just one particular happening in your life. But the problem is further amplified when these old oppressive patterns are infiltrated into the very core of our everyday life, causing much frustration in some of the most unlikely places.

All of this, because we have not challenged the old order mentalities which robs many of the glorious reward of being one body and many members. Instead, we give heed to the image to speak {Revelation 13} in our own cluster and clan, empowering the old self that our ethnic group is the only one God is speaking through today. But beloved, God has a sovereign plan for the whole earth, and every part of it.

This means that the Lord shall speak profoundly in places, races, and with faces that may astound many, and shock quite a number of others, too. For there are more Asian, African, and South American apostles and prophets emerging throughout the earth, not alone in the USA. There is a fresh new sound in the hearing of the saints internationally. There are new frequencies of the Spirit revealing the heart of the Father in Island nations of the world. And, there is the cry of the Spirit for the birth of the nations {all nations}, for the Spirit and the bride say come. {Revelation 22}

To support this a bit further, there are a number of imaginations we must cast down, before it is is ever allowed or permitted to become a nation of images. These images or imaginations are not exclusive to race, color, or creed, but can be found in the following...Power over the Nations - Casting down Imaginations or...

  1. Imaginations {nation of images}, image worship
  2. Procrastination {the image of the nation of lethargy, slothfulness}
  3. Alienation {the image of the nation of isolation}
  4. Discrimination {the image of the nation of prejudice}
  5. Denomination {the image of the nation of the raging heathen of Psalms 2}
  6. Domination {the image of the nation of controlling and overpowering other people}
  7. Inclination {the image of the nation of "Have it your way," Burger King Mentality}
  8. Fascination {the image of the nation ruled by the soul realm - Genesis 3:1-6}
  9. Abomination {the image of the nation of loathsome things - Proverbs 6:16}
  10. Determination {in the negative sense, the image of the nation of self-will}

Simply put...
What makes a nation? A mindset!
What makes denominations? A mindset!
What makes procrastination? A mindset!

What makes fascination? A mindset!

All of these are mentalities, including...

  1. Gender Prejudice: Religious, personal, and professional attacks against women
  2. Economical Prejudice: A basis for the KKK formation in Pulaski Tenn. Circa 1865-67
  3. Geographical Prejudice: Opinions formed beforehand at one from deep south...
  4. Ecclesiastic Prejudice: Civil War between Evangelicals and Charismatic, etc.
  5. Chronological Prejudice: {Must be at least 30 years old to preach to our church}
  6. Racial Cultural Prejudice: My clan, my cluster, my tribe, my own kind, period!
  7. Educational Prejudice: "Only smart people have degrees, dumb ones don't!"
  8. Family Prejudice: "You know how your father's side is, so we'll tolerate them!"
  9. Political Prejudice: {R} {D} {Non-partisan}...ours is assuredly the only way to fly...

All of these are simply nations of images...mindsets, and mentalities...

So beloved, as we migrate into new spheres of the grace and glory, let us shake off the stuff that keeps the body of Christ divided. As elders of local assemblies, move your ministries from individualism to corporate life. As pastors, recognize the shift in the apostolic so that your ministry becomes a flowing river and not a pastoral pond. As saints, see that nations as God's agenda, and through prayer and your measure of rule, yours, too. Beloved, we have been given power over the nations, and power to cast down imaginations {image-nations}. Start seeing the nations reformed into the glory of Christ's administration. See yourself as a vital part of apostolic reformation, and challenge within yourselves the mindset which refuses to boldly go where no carnal mind has ever gone before. Vanquish beyond complacency, and breakthrough with expectancy. For in this hour, the greatest movements upon the church shall not come alone out of power, but of purity of heart. Let us love one another.

When All Appears Dark, My Light Will Shine All the Brighter

Stephen Hanson

"Behold, the heavens and the earth will be shaken. From the highest mountain peak my word will be proclaimed. Everything that belongs to Me will be shaken."

(The Lord showed me a scene of a landscape. I saw a city nestled in next to the mountains. It seemed to be evening because the sky was dark. However, it may have been because of a storm that was approaching. I noticed that the wind had picked up and I saw lightening in the distance as it hit a tree. Then I was looking at a mountain scene and it was snowing. In the distance and the surrounding area, the blizzard was approaching and engulfing the entire mountain and area. As I continued observing this scene, I noticed that what I thought was snow, was actually the ocean rising higher and higher. This mountain scene was right next to the ocean. The water rose and the shoreline came up higher and higher. Out of the midst of the ocean came people. They came regimented with purpose and resolve. They had been waiting for this time and were now released upon the shore. As they came the sky had become darker and darker. On the shoreline, the word of God, a Bible, was placed. It was opened to Isaiah 9, and I heard the voice of the Lord say:

ISA 9:2 The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned.

(After this, I saw a path in front of me. It was dark but a great light was in front of me. The light continually "shone" in front of this pathway as it lead outwards in the distance. The light shone down directly in front, but wouldn't shine far off into the distance. I was reminded about the scripture in Psalm 119:)

PS 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.

(One of the important things to remember here is that the light was shining "directly in front of the person," it was a lamp unto his feet, not a beacon shining way off down the pathway.)

"Even though the earth and everything in it will be shaken, I have a people who will spread my word unto the nations. The mountains and the hills will be brought low and there will be tumult throughout the land. But when everything seems to be at its darkest, my light will shine at its brightest. Shout for joy, oh ye coastlines. My word is being spread in increasing power and strength. I have a people, a people who are ready for this hour."

"Be ready for the things that are coming, and be prepared for them. When all appears dark, my light will shine all the brighter."

Stephen Hanson

I Am Building a House

Pat Willard

"I am building a house - a house that will be comfortable for all who enter. A house that will be pure, clean, and refreshing. You are that house. When together, you make a place for others to come and be shown their darkness. In my light, they will see light.

As you look around you, you see many kinds of dwelling places. Some small, some large, some grandiose. I am building you a into a house that will reflect the personality of those I am calling to you. I am not wasteful - I do not need to flaunt my possessions to those around.

You ask where and when will this dwelling be ready? It is not up to you to know the time nor the season yet. Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid. I go to prepare a place for you and when I return I will bring you to myself. Trim your lamps, I will come quickly. Be prepared, I will set in place quickly. Be ready, I will require much quickly.

George Delo

I, John, both your brother and companion in the tribulation and kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. I was in the Spirit on the Lord's Day, and I heard behind me a loud voice, as of a trumpet" (Revelation 1:9,10).

John was banished to the Island of Patmos for preaching the Word of God. This was a small island in the Aegean Sea. It was a very rocky and mountainous island with no trees. It was a barren and desolate place, a Roman prison fortress. John lived in a cave. It was dark, damp, and cold. He had no friends there. He was lonely, hungry, under constant Roman scrutiny. Prison conditions in those days are incomprehensible to us today. To say the least, John was enduring some of the worst days of his life as far as the natural is concerned.

And yet in the midst of it all John declares, "I was in the Spirit on the Lord's Day." What a powerful statement, that no matter where we are, no matter what we are facing, no matter what we are going through, no matter how isolated we are, no matter how desolate the circumstances - we too can be in the Spirit at any time. No matter what is going on, the Lord stands ready to meet with us, He is always right there no matter how distant we may seem. There is no prison, no circumstance that can bar us from the presence of the Lord of lords and King of kings. We can be in the Spirit anytime and anyplace. We have a friend that sticks closer than a brother.

Whatever you are facing right now, Jesus stands ready to meet with you. No matter how lonely you may be, no matter how desperate your circumstances, He is waiting to meet with you and speak great words of comfort into your life. Let us get in the Spirit on this Lord's Day and enjoy the presence of the Lord.

Power For Today Prophetic Ministries

Flood and Fire

Jim Grayson

The time for change is now. Change begins in the heart of man, in the leadership of the church, but only if that person is listening to the Holy Spirit. (Are you listening, dear pastors and evangelists?) Sometimes, we have to stop and take a breath. Are we in tune with God in our ministries? Are we interested in preaching Christ and His fullness or are we bound by denominational and traditional constraints? Are we lifting up the Name of Jesus or are we more busy lifting up our own name to hawk our tapes and books? Is our ministry of God or of our own vain and presumptuous desires to "serve God"? Does that program you so love issue from and belong to God, or is it a vehicle to take you higher? Only you can answer these questions, beloved. I am not condemning anyone but if any of these things take precedence over the lifting up of the Name of Jesus, then the balance has been tipped, and not in your favor.

To those who are acquainted with the so-called "big name" ministries, are they busy lifting up Jesus, or lifting up their own names, promoting their books, teaching tapes and music, and asking you to give them money? Many will say they lift up Jesus but in reality, they don't. I say this to you...if a work is of God, there will be no need to beg for money or twist people's arms to give, for the needs will be met by God's grace, and not by the efforts of a skilled fundraiser. It is to our shame that anything of this sort has tainted the Body of Christ...but it has, and it has brought the reproach of the world on us. Simply passing the plate for normal needs has taken the blessing from giving. If my work is built on the Rock, by the Lord, then I have no need to pass a plate in front of anyone to make ends meet. My Lord knows what I need and will provide those needs. The Body of Christ has become a beggar...and it's shameful. I dare anyone to stand before the Lord Christ and defend that sort of thing. It simply won't stand up to the scathing scrutiny of the Cross of Jesus. Nothing of this world stands up to HIM. Only that which is of HIM will stand.

A flood is coming, a flood of the Holy Spirit, and He is bringing with Him Holy Fire to burn all that does not belong to God. Many will stumble and be offended by Him when He brings His fire and applies it to their ministries. Those who showboat and make a spectacle of the healing power of the Holy Spirit will be revealed for what they are...heretics and charlatans of the lowest order. Those who seek to fleece the Body of Christ will be revealed, wolves in sheep's clothing. Those who do not preach the full counsel of God stand to lose their ministries unless they change their ways. The Holy Spirit is coming and all that is not of Him will be consumed with Holy Fire...and all that is of Him will be flooded with His love and mercy and grace. There is a righteous anger in the heart of the Father. He is bringing this Holy Fire to cleanse His blessed Bride of Christ, to prepare Her for the return of the Beloved Groom. This must be done, beloved, for even the enemies of the Cross know there is much to be burned away...and when it is, perhaps they will be enemies no longer, for they will see the Truth which makes men free...and not ourselves hawking our gifts and abilities.

A hard word this is, beloved of God, but one which needs to be proclaimed. Jesus is coming back and He will accept a pure, white Bride, made Holy by the Cleansing of the Spirit of God and by the Blessed Blood of the Lamb of God Who Took Away the Sins of the World. Examine yourselves, my friends, as I have examined my own heart...and found myself wanting...and in need of much cleansing. I am not alone.

If we will humble ourselves, and lay ourselves and our ministries before Him, he will bring us to the place where we need to be. We all have a place to be. Some of us have gotten off track but it's not too late to change. If we wait...if we hesitate...we indicate we are more in love with ourselves and our ministries than we are with HE Who Loves Us Most. He has warned us. We have no excuse now.

You have my whole heart, beloved. Be blessed in the Lord Jesus, you and your house. Our Jesus is Lord of all...and He's coming again in great glory and power. Love,
Jim Grayson

The River is Turning

By Chad Taylor

Behold I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth, shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert... (Isaiah 43:19).

I had a vision of a great river. Like the one that was seen in Ezekiel chp. 47. There stood men measuring and judging the depths of the river. Intently measuring the flow and speed of the rushing current. Then I saw many begin to build levees and dams to prevent flooding. Frantically attempting to keep the river in its perimeters and banks. Sand bags and rocks were being used as make shift walls and levees to hold the river back. Then I heard the voice of the Lord say,

'For the time has come says the Lord that the river will turn. It will swell and break her banks, no longer will it be a thing measured and judged by mere depth or width. This river will turn from its present course and flood the land. For many desire to keep this river within the perimeters and boundaries of their own understanding. Building and plotting its length and depth. Measuring and determining its course. Now is the hour that this river will break out on your right hand and on your left. It will defy every human effort to contain it. Every futile plan to plot its course and measure its depths. Now is the time this river must break the banks and flood the land!'

Suddenly in this vision this river swelled beyond the confines of human configurements and swept the rocks and barriers away. A torrent of water began to fill the valleys and canyons, the dry deserted places that the levee builders refused to let the water flow. The dark places, places that seemed like nothing would grow or produce. Unfertile and without any visual quality or abundance. In these very places the river now flooded and flowed. Then the voice of the Lord said,

'In these deserted fields overlooked by human reasoning is a great treasure. A pearl of great price. There in these places will a great harvest occur. In the forgotten places will an army now arise. They will be moved by this great river, they will be carried away into My glory and presence only to emerge from its depths with a revelation. Transfigured from the image of their previous selves. Changed into My image from glory to glory. No human effort to contain or corral this river will succeed. Only the ones that release it and allow it to flow where it must will reap the benefits.'

Then I beheld a wonder. In these deserted and dry places suddenly sprung up gardens of abundance and fruitfulness. I saw millions working these fields of abundance with glory and joy. True harvest had visited the land. The river was flowing into every valley and crevice, filling the earth with the knowledge of the glory of God. In every place was the fruit of this river. Human lives redeemed and saved from the famine of religion and human reasoning. Unlike former revivals and awakening, this time the Spirit of the Lord refused to allow the river to be regulated and controlled. All manner of human invention and manipulation was spoiled. Any effort to build around the river and contain it was washed away. The river had broke the banks and had flooded the land!

'For this is the hour I will teach My church to flow with the river. To ride the waves of My glory into the land and thus out of their bellies will flow rivers of living water. I will teach My people to move with the river, to go where it desires to go instead of making it go where they desire for it to flow. I will give them My heart and mind. They will be gate keepers that OPEN the gates that the King of Glory can come in. I will change the heart of Jonah in them that refuse to see the land changed and repent. I will dry up the gourd that hangs over the churches head in this hour. They will love the people and the land more than they love a movement or manifestation.' In this vision I saw the great river of the present move of God turning. No longer was the church building at its headwaters. But rather the desert and the street was the mouth of this great river of revival. It was no longer dictated by human hands but by the hand of God. All restraint and hindrance was gone. The river flowed into every valley and alley and washed away the darkness and filth. A great army emerged from its wake. Alive and full of Light and glory. Still some vainly tried to build and dam up the river, but to no avail. It simply went over every human effort and flooded the land. THE RIVER OF GOD HAD TURNED!

Yesterday's Praise

Petru Prinsloo

For continued life & cross pollination, a flowering plant must bloom. It must bloom and present its beauty to creatures; it must open the leaves of its flowers and lift it's head to the wind otherwise it and it's specie will become extinct.

In the short term however, all flowers perish sooner or later. They perish because the season is over or because of drought or heat.

So too, is praise and worship unto Me. For abundant spiritual life, offer the beauty of your praise and worship unto Me. Lift your head for the Wind of My Spirit to spread the life and aroma in you.

Time, absence from the Water of Life and trials destroy your offerings of praise and worship. They become the praise and worship you offered yesterday. Today, and every morning My mercies are new - this is a new day, requiring today's praise and worship. I'm calling you into a fresh new start every morning. Forget yesterday --- that was yesterday. Offer unto Me praise and worship for TODAY; not yesterday's praise, nor for tomorrow (for tomorrow has it's own concerns) but for TODAY. This day, as you praise and worship and offer thanksgiving, I'll be right by your side all day long. TODAY, I'll be with you as I was with you yesterday and will be with you tomorrow but yesterday's praise was for yesterday, tomorrow's is for tomorrow; I want today's praise, worship and thanksgiving TODAY.

Assault Is Coming

Ras Robinson

There is a major attack of the enemy, Satan, coming in the world. It will be like none have ever seen. You will be tested and tried in the fires. Affliction and great pain will intensify all around you as tribulation is released. But I have made a way of escape for you. My first provision is that you have now been warned. Make yourself ready for the attacks and do not show weakness of the flesh. Draw close to Me. Sanctify yourself. Cleanse your hands. Purify your heart. Ask Me for my "witty inventions" of resistance. I will show you. Satan does not know My mind or My will. He does not even know My ways. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Also, you are to stand firm, unbending as you see these things coming and occurring. No. I have not left you nor will I leave you. I am your strong tower. Retreat into Me and you will find safety as the assaults play out before your eyes.

Be careful--watch out for attacks from Satan, your great enemy. He prowls around like a hungry, roaring lion, looking for some victim to tear apart. [9] Stand firm when he attacks. Trust the Lord; and remember that other Christians all around the world are going through these sufferings too. 1 Peter 5:8-9

Fullness in Christ Church

Word For Israel

John Mulinde

I saw a land and knew this to be Israel. I saw the structures, the buildings, the cities etc. Above this all were rain clouds, heavy rain clouds, there was a storm of wind in the land, it was blowing across the land like a whirlwind. In some areas it was breaking rocks from off the mountains and it came tumbling down, and stones and huge trees were being carried in the air by this storm. The storm was breaking some of the buildings, and as I was watching the rain was coming down and it was heavy. Buildings and bridges were breaking and I saw people running for shelter, whom I recognized to be Jews and Arabs. I also saw small houses, I understood these to belong to believers in the land and they were standing out beckoning the others to come inside, and they were running in, Jews and Arabs alike. There was no house for Arabs and for Jews. They were all running into the same places. And I was wondering in this vision why the houses are not getting full. They are pushing themselves into the houses and they are not getting full. Then the vision disappeared and I saw a scripture

Therefore Israel will be abandoned until the time when she who is in labor gives birth and the rest of his brothers return to join the Israelites. He will stand and shepherd his flock in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God. And they will live securely, for then his greatness will reach to the ends of the earth. (Micah 5:3,4 NIV).

I understood from this when I was in prayer, that the two were different: the storm and the rain. The wind/storm was the power of darkness that was moving from the nations of the world to Israel, and there was going to be a time of great turmoil in Israel. And I understood the rain was Godıs outpouring of His Spirit, Who is about to be poured out upon the land. The Spirit of God will cause many misconceptions of God to fall apart and God will cause the people of the land, Jews and Arabs, to see the Messiah as He truly is, and many shall give their lives to the Almighty God. It is also going to release a new understanding, a new revelation of Yeshua (His Face) to the nations of the world. Itıs going to cause to drop theologies etc., we have held, which hindered us to move in the fullness of God and His purposes, as we behold Him, we should drop all things and commit ourselves to Him.

Thereıs going to be a seeing of Who Christ is, so powerfully and vivid. It is going to cause a 100% commitment to Jesus by believers in the nations. And because of that the enemy understands that a breakthrough in Israel is going to cause a breakthrough in the nations, resistance is going to come in from the nations, powers of darkness from every nation of the world. Israel is heading towards a time of great isolation. Everything she trusts in: military power, economic and political/diplomatic power is going to let down, they are going to try it but it is not going to work. The time is coming that the inhabitants of the land will cry out to God and say: "You are our only hope, will You come and help us." (Matt 23:37 - 39), whatever the cost we need the Messiah. And as the cry goes out in travail (Micah), Israel shall be abandoned until she who travails gives birth. As the travail shall go out of the nation of Israel, God shall cause His Spirit to begin coming down on the land.

As this comes the people shall find peace and rest in the Lord. There is going to be a breaking of the bondage of Islam, and of the bondage of Judaism, theyıll begin to give their lives to the Lord, and to discover their inheritance in the Lord. The new revelation will be revealed, but how does this relate to us as the nations? There is going to be a shaking because of the bondage that have come over the last 2000 years, in order to break them. In their desparation people will start to discover God, there will be a great harvest of souls. There will be a suffering of judgement because of the way they related to the Jewish people. Many nations will turn away. God calls us to be a holy priesthood in our lands, for the preservation of our nations. The Church itself is going to be shaken drastically, and the understanding of the church as we know it, is going to be torn apart, as it has been a hindrance to receive the fullness of God. The things we held dear are going to let us down. We are going to find a desparate cryng out: "Lord, we only want you". We will see Jesus in a new way, a new revelation.

As Israel suffers isolation and rejection by the nations, the church is going to suffer intense persecution, there is going to be a rejection of people who are standing in the Word of God. Many believers will choose compromise to escape persecution, but those who know their God shall be strong and do exploits. The destiny of our nations lie in the hands of those who are standing as priests (watchmen) before God. To live in the full counsel of God is needed (Him to be the first love of our heart) otherwise we will not be preserved. We are going to provide for the redemption of our land to make a stand for Israel. Judgement is coming over the nations on the issue of Israel, but when we stand with Israel it will release GRACE.
