The Sound Of My Eagles Will Not Fail

Stephen Hanson

But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. ISA 40:31

So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. ISA 55:11

"The voice of the Master speaks....I speak in the stillness of the evening. I speak in the quietness of a moment. In the midst of family I will speak. In the midst of laughter and joy I will speak. I am there in many of the moments that make up your day. There is eternity to be found in a single moment. There is a music in the stillness of a moment."

(The Lord showed me an eagle flying in the sky, but it was also a man. This eagle/man was caught on the wind's currents and sailed upon it. He would fly, dipping down and soaring on the wind, caught by the various currents that carried him upon it throughout the sky. I then noticed that it seemed to fall and plummet to the ground. I wondered at this and then the scene changed.)

I heard a voice say:

"We will catch it and bring it down."

(After the eagle had seemingly fallen, I then saw a long trumpet placed to its mouth. Each of the eagles were blowing this trumpet. I saw the sound that came forth and it was as of visible puffs or circles, that were emanating throughout the sky. These "rings of sound" would then be caught by various antennae or "stations" which were strategically placed at certain points on the ground. The "rings of sound" would be carried from each of these stations and then carried onto the next place.)

(When I had heard the voice that mentioned about bringing the eagle(s) down, I noticed that there were several people on the ground. They were shooting flaming arrows into the sky. There was also a net that they were attempting to throw out into the air, so as to trap and bring down these eagles.)

Again I heard:

"We will bring it down.....We will bring the eagles down...."

The Lord then said. "The meaning of this is that there are many in the body who would try to stifle the prophetic. They want to bring it down. They want to cage it. But I tell you that my eagles will soar, and they will soar even higher. The echoes of the words that I give to them will be transported on the winds. NO one will keep that sound, or the truth of that word from accomplishing what I have destined it to do."

Greater Discernment

Marsha Burns

I call you, My people, to greater discernment with clear vision and sharp focus. The reason you are seeing "through a glass darkly" is because you aren't seeing Me face to face. Your vision is impaired because you are looking through the veil of your own flesh. What you see is filtered by your own will and desires, circumstances, situations, prejudice and fears. You cannot see clearly until you rise up in the Spirit and perceive with the mind of Christ. Walk out of the valley of the dark night of your own souls, and enter into the valley of vision where I will show you great and wondrous things glorious to behold.

Living the Exchanged Life

Homer Owen

Many years ago I was teaching a Bible class in a local church and I told the class that Jesus told a man one day that he should not call him good for only God is good. A fairly new christian stood up and demanded me to correct this statement about Jesus not being good. I had him open his bible and read this verse: "And a certain ruler questioned Him, saying, ³Good Teacher, what shall I do to obtain eternal life?² And Jesus said to him, ³Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone." (Luke 18:19)

This is a very hard truth to grasp. Jesus went ahead and told this man that he should do good by obeying the commandments of God and scripture is constantly telling us to do good. I pray that what I will share with you today will help you get your eyes off of yourself and all of your efforts to be good. Being good and doing good or two different things.

In John¹s gospel we hear Jesus constantly telling us that in himself he can do nothing. Now we know that he was a man that went about doing all sorts of good things. He raised the dead and healed the lame and blind and deaf and on and on. "I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by Himself; he can do only what he sees His Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does." (John 5:19)

The Father has a rest for us as we do mighty works in the name of Jesus. Resting while working. May we rest in His strength today as we work in His kingdom. This is all a great mystery that had been hidden from generations past but after the death and resurrection of Christ it was revealed to the apostles and prophets in the Spirit. I believe we are living in a new day where God is revealing this mystery of Christ a fresh to his apostles and prophets once again.

...the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly. In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, which was not made known to men in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God¹s holy apostles and prophets. This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 3:3-6)

This mystery was never revealed to Israel until the Apostles began to preach what they had received by revelation. Jesus lived what we call an exchanged life with the Father but it was a mystery to all who came in contact with him. It is interesting to read the gospels and see how everyone was trying to figure this man out to see what made him tick. His constant referral of living in union with his heavenly Father was more than they could take. This was a man born of a woman living this supernatural life. Empowered from on high to do whatever the Father had for him to do.

What a revelation for us to understand this mystery and know that as we live this supernatural life empowered from on high we will be a puzzle to most living around us. The rest for us is in knowing that it is ³Christ in us² the hope of glory and we can even glory in our own weaknesses as we walk this life out. We must have a revelation of this mystery from the Spirit.

I do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers; that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you may know what the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. (Ephesians 1:16-19)

This is coming to you from Homer Owen - soon to be back in Israel. Thanks for being on my list, but if you desire off please let us know. Blessings.

Prepared Unto Every Good Work

Capro Togo

If a man cleanses himself from the latter, he will be an instrument for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work. 2 Tim.2 :21

It goes without saying that we are living at a crucial time in history. This time we are in is an important time in the programme of God. I believe that in the coming months God is going to move in unprecedented ways. The important question then is " How do we get prepared to be useful to God"

In Joshua 5 we are shown the way to preparedness. First we read in v.2 that At that time the LORD said to Joshua, "Make flint knives and circumcise the Israelites again." . It says " At that time… ". Whenever the time comes for a new move of God he would always call us to new level of preparedness. A time comes when our old normal level of consecration is no longer enough for the things God is planning to use us for, so he calls us to move higher.

You see, for years this generation of Israelites went on in uncircumcision and God bore with it and even manifested himself to them inspite of it. But at this time God could no longer bear with it because of the things he was about to bring them into. A time comes when those things in our lives that God used to overlook can no longer be allowed . A time comes when those elements of spiritual childishness in our lives must go if we are to enter in the things God has promised to do in, with, and for us. A time comes to grow up.

At this time beloved God is saying to us "prepare the way for the LORD; make straight in the wilderness a highway for our God. Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain. And the glory of the LORD will be revealed, and all mankind together will see it. For the mouth of the LORD has spoken." Isaiah 40:3-5

Before the glory of the Lord can be revealed in our lives there must be a preparation. And this preparation will involve straightening out our lives. This is what the bible means when it says " If a man cleanses himself from the latter,… ". The latter he is talking of are the ignoble things in our lives. Those things that if brought into the light of God will evoke shame and bring no glory to God. God wants to raise up the valleys of self-pity, inferiority complex, fear and discouragement. He wants to pull down those mountains of pride, rebellion, and worldly ambitions. And he was to level out the rough grounds of inconsistencies in our walk with him.

Beloved, it is to the measure we work with God to bring these changes that we will be prepared . And it is only when we are prepared that we will see the glory of the Lord in our lives. And then through us " all mankind together will see it ". God is looking for men and women that can be useful for his noble purposes in these crucial times. God wants to shake the nations so that all mankind together will see his glory. God wants to use us. It is time to get ready.

Cry Out For Me

Yolanda Ballard

Join in. Do not be afraid to enter into My presence in a new and profound way. Enter in with praise and thanksgiving, and let out a victory shout for all I am doing in your midst. For yes, I am a warrior, and I have placed in you My warring spirit that you may trample down the enemy. As you praise Me and worship Me, you are pulling down the strongholds of the enemy that are over your area.

So gather together, and do not be afraid to enter into My presence in a new and profound way. For this is the day where I will rend the heavens and come down if you humble yourselves before Me and cast off all pride and complacency. Seek My face and not my hand, and I will bless you with treasures from My heart of grace. Yes, I have promised you prosperity and health if you put My kingdom first and not yours. Yes, if you seek Me and My righteousness, all these things will be added unto you.

I know the desires of your heart. I know the yearning of your spirit to come up higher. For there are angels in your midst. Allow them to show you the way to even come up higher. And yes, it is through the door of worship that you enter in. Do not let anything hinder you. Cast off anything that would try to hold you back for I have made you to delight in My presence, and your chief joy is to worship Me. Do not let the enemy rob you for he knows how important it is for My people to enter in and worship. That is why he causes strife and disunity among My people and also division and deception. If he can keep My people tripped up in these snares, he can hinder the breakthrough of My Spirit coming forth. But do not be of those that allow this in My midst. Be free in Me and enter in.

Seek My face, and I will fill you with grace and truth. I will fill you to overflowing with My joy for you need My strength to enter in and prevail against the attack of the enemy to hinder My Spirit coming forth. Press in for breakthrough like never before. Groan before Me. Prevail against the enemy by humbling yourself before Me. Cry out for mercy and My great grace. Cry out for hunger for My presence that I may set you free from the snare of complacency. Do not settle for less than the best. Press in for My glory, and I will pour it out upon you. Do not assume that it will come without you crying out for it.

How desperate are you for a move of My Spirit? Do you want more of Me in your midst? Then show Me the yearning of your heart. And if you feel nothing, then cry out to Me out of desperation that I will set you free. For I do not want to see any of My people miss out on what I am going to do. For I will pour out My power, and I will pour out My glory, and through My people it will come. Out of broken and desperate hearts it will flow.

Like the alabaster box....unless it is broken open, the fragrance cannot flow forth. So I say to you this day to humble yourself before Me. Cry out to Me. Be real, and let Me know you want Me to come, and I will, says your God.

The Universal Quest

Timothy Glendenning

John 12:21.

'We would see Jesus.' It is the cry alike of the saint of ripe experience and of the beginner in the spiritual life who only dimly knows that Christ is the source and giver of life eternal. It is the cry of the broken man who has traveled into the far country and longs to return to God. It is the cry of the puzzled man who feels that Christ is fading from him. It is the cry of the hopeful man who is beginning to see all that Christ will be to him when he finds Him more fully. And this desire for Christ, so conscious and clear to itself, which knows what it wants and in its own fashion sets out to seek it, is not the only way in which the Quest of St. John's Greeks is to be traced still among us. 'We would see Jesus' is the unconscious cry of all lives, whatever quest they are bent upon, and travelling along whatever road of thought and endeavor and purpose and aspiration. The successful man of business standing at the summit of ambition knows that there is a void in his soul which no prize of wealth or position can fill and satisfy. The thinker exploring the secrets of truth is growing conscious that he has not discovered the key to unlock the hidden mysteries. The artist, in his struggle to reach the half-discovered beauty of the universe, finds that it flies before him as it to lead him on to a fullness of loveliness which he can never find. Behind all that they think or do or love to seek for is a deep persistent hunger for something higher.

Christianity offers itself to men conscious of its power to speak to a universal desire and to give the answer to a universal quest. The question is often asked, "What is Christianity?" and to that question there are many answers. All true Christian experience replies, "Christianity is Christ." It is a religion; but its distinctive character is the message of the Christ as Savior. It implies creed; but its basis is the revelation of a Person. It becomes an ethical system; but its controlling principle is devotion to Christ. It lives as a Church, a society of souls; but its bonds of fellowship and vital secret are Christ. Christian experience consists in a vision of that Person and the effect of that vision upon life.

To those who see Jesus so, the one and only failure that matters is the failure to respond to that vision when it is offered. The real tragedy of life is to be blind to Jesus. It is possible to stand in His Presence and yet not see Him.

It is only the Christian who sees Christ; to others He is but a literary figure, or an historical problem, or an inexplicable influence; they have not the vision of what He is. Christ was veiled to the Pharisee because of his self-righteous pride: He was veiled to the Sadducee because of his determined skepticism: He was veiled to Herod, though he had desired for a long time to see Him, for he saw Him only through the blinding mists of his arrogant lusts. And so because Christ is the Eternal antithesis to sin and self-assertion, the world which knows so much about Him still knows Him not, though its heart is unsatisfied.

There are two questions which claim an answer as we think of the quest for Christ.

Where and how can we gain the vision? Even from His Church Jesus was hidden till He died and rose again, and the full meaning of His message was obscure till it stood out large and luminous in the light of His Cross and Resurrection. Speculate about Jesus, make Him a mere theological thesis, admire Him and learn from Him only as the supreme religious philosopher, and we will not see Him. But kneel at His Cross and hear His 'It is finished,' and yield our souls to Him in the submission of faith, and to us with all His saints there will come the Epiphany of Himself, and one unveiling which makes God real, and brings redemption within the range of practical experience, a gift to possess and a life to live.

What is the price to be paid for that vision? It is twofold. First, Search. 'Seek ye my face.' Desire and longing must pass into earnest and believing quest. If we would see Christ we must seek Him. It is an old road, the road of secret prayer, the road of reading His Scriptures, the road of worship; a road plain but not easy, for it leads away from fashionable self-assertion to the low door of self-humiliation. It is wet with tears of generations of penitents, and a man can travel along it only upon his knees. But it leads to Jesus, and that is everything.

Secondly, Surrender. We must have Christ on His own terms or we will not have Him at all. 'I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord.' Those are deep words of St. Paul.

In Christ, timothy.

My Day Is At Hand

Ras Robinson

You have heard it said that there are many in the valley of decision. But now it is far more than many. It has become multitudes and multitudes searching for answers. Even you are searching also. There are great masses of people who have not yet come to know me. There are masses of people who say they know me and in fact they do not. This is a troublesome revelation but it is true. My day is at hand. Very soon I will be orchestrating some events that will give you an opportunity to bring forth my gospel and the good news of my free offer of grace. This will be a worldwide effort. See if this is not so. Fathers are going to be restored to children and children to parents. You will now begin to see this happen. And as you do, be amazed and astonished as my mercy and my goodness. For in mercy I will embrace the fatherless, those who have never known a father. For the heart of the father (my own heart) has been touched now by the epoch of time and events. My day is at hand.

Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision. Joel 3:14

Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the LORD. 6"And he will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the land with a curse. Malachi 4:5-6
