Joppa
Joppa Was Jerusalem's seaport. It was in a flourishing condition with productive gardens and orchards with a good degree of small grains. Then the commercial and industrial activities made this an important city. It was located on a treacherous and exceedingly dangerous harbor with a rocky coast and a rough entrance. Today it is modern Jaffa.
